I love sourdough and this is a great one. Even better that it is mulitgrain which makes me feel Im not being so naughty on my diet!
We absolutely love this bread. Such an intense but not overpowering flavour. Texture is wonderful. We have it with a good butter or pate, jamon, salmon - you name it, it goes.
We havent toasted it yet (never around long enough) - so we will try that next
