Dr. Dough (Sourdough)

Introducing a special handcrafted multigrain wheat bread, made with sourdough and lots of healthy grains and seeds. It includes rye, brown linseeds, sesame seeds, sunflower seeds, and oats. This bread is carefully made using traditional German methods, with long resting times to develop the best flavor. The result is a loaf with a slightly open texture, giving a nice mix of soft and crunchy parts. 

Enjoy its rich taste, with hints of roasted flavors and a mild tanginess. It's a classic wood-fired oven bread, just the way we like it. Made with wheat and rye flour, spelt, and linseed. Handmade and made in a rustic way.
