Cheese Croissant XL

Our Cheese Croissant is a delicious twist on the classic butter croissant. It's made with a light, flaky dough and coated with a layer of lye, giving it a dark brown crust and filled with cheddar and Parmesan cheese . Gives crispy texture. Lye also brings out the natural flavor of the flour, making it extra delicious. Inside, you'll find generous amounts of cheddar and Parmesan cheese, topped with an additional layer of cheese.

Ingredients 

All-purpose flour, Butter, Egg, Sugar, Salt, Yeast, and Milk. Enclose the butter layer inside the dough with multiple folds. Roll out the dough into a large triangle. Loosely cover the shaped croissants. The butter croissants are evenly filling with Cheese.
