Description

The Artisan Rye Roll is a small bread roll made with rye flour. It's usually light brown and has a slightly sour taste. These mini rolls have a nice smell of roasted barley malt and rye, along with strong hay and earthy flavors. They also have hints of nuts and malt, giving them a burst of intense flavors that mix well with toasted notes.

Handcrafted from a blend of wheat and rye flours, these mini rolls are leavened with both liquid active wheat and rye sourdough, giving them a unique rustic taste.

Wheat flour, Water, Rye flour, fermented Rye flour, Sourdough culture, Salt, Yeast and roasted Barley malt flour.
