I am used to sweet bagels for breakfast. Hence this is a great variation and with cheese and pepper, it is a nice variation.

We absolutely love this bread. Such an intense but not overpowering flavour. Texture is wonderful. We have it with a good butter or pate, jamon, salmon - you name it, it goes.
