Delicious healthy bread. I especially appreciate the real sourdough which is baked with a long fermentation process resulting in very much less gluten without having to eat gluten free bread. The bread freezes well too so it’s easy to buy in bulk.

It is rare for a croissant to transport you straight back to Paris with the very first bite — but that is exactly what happened to me today.
The butter croissant from The German Bakery in Abu Dhabi was truly exceptional: beautifully flaky on the outside, wonderfully buttery, with delicate layers and remarkable freshness. It arrived still warm, as if it had come straight out of the oven.
I can genuinely say that it reminded me very much of the butter croissants I enjoyed in Paris — and for me, that is one of the highest compliments I can give.
A sincere thank you to The German Bakery Abu Dhabi for this outstanding quality and craftsmanship. My appreciation also goes to the entire team for their professionalism, kindness, and excellent service.
