Rye Sourdough Bread (500g)

Rye sourdough bread is created out of a fascination with rye, careful preparation and a natural sourdough that has been fermented for 72 hours. We get our Rye directly from regional contract farmers. It is initially pre-cleaned and then subject to a gentle washing process before wet grinding.

The cereal content in rye sourdough bread contains 100% wholegrain rye which is high in fibre. Ideal for breakfast or a snack as well as all other meals. Rye sourdough bread is a highly nutritious grain that contains more calcium, iron, protein and fibre while having less gluten than wheat. it’s a great bread substitute and a healthier choice for baking and snacking.

Ingredients: Wholegrain rye, wholegrain rice, millet grain, wholegrain corn, wholegrain buckwheat, water, natural sourdough (wholegrain rye, water), sunflower seeds, linseed, salt, sweet lupin flour, yeast rice flour, guar gum, caramel sugar syrup (glucose syrup sugar).
