Recipe of the month: Superbread with Cheese

Cottage cheese is a perfect partner for our Superbread and here we have the perfect recipe for a nice lunch in the office or a healthy diner:

Ingredients (for 2 portions):

2 small kohlrabi (cabbage turnip), cut into fine sticks1 bunch of chives, cut into 2-3 cm long tubes200 g cottage cheese3 tablespoons vinegar2 – 3 tbsp canola oil½ garlic clove, pressedSalt, pepperMix all ingredients and enjoy! Of course, you can also mix your cottage cheese with tomatoes, spring onions, cucumbers – it’s up to you.
