Eifel or Eiffel

Expo is only 90 days away and one of the most famous constructions that ever have been presented, was the Eiffel tower, planned by Gustave Eiffel and made of iron, and at its time the highest tower in the world.

This has – unfortunately – nothing to do with our Eifel Special, but it is a nice story and we had to mention it. The Eifel Special has its name from a very nice area in Germany, where you can find forests, blooming meadows and lakes, which arose from extinct volcanos.

The fresh air and the clean water are typical for this region and so you can be sure, that our Eifel Special is reflecting all of this. Try it, close your eyes when you feel the crunchy crust and the soft dough inside and imagine, where it comes from….
